wow. it's ben a long long time since i've updated this thing. been really busy with work lately just trying to get my bearing as a young chef. ever since i've joined this restaurant things have been up and down. i've been told twice already that i'm under observation. I had always thought they said this because i was doing a bad job but as of recent events i think it's just a way to see if i'm ready for promotion.
hmm, life. everything in my life has been more than awesome, just celebrated my one year with the lady and it's awesome. to be honest i haven't felt this complete in a long time. anyway, i haven't updated in a long time and i don't intend to give everyone mushy details.
well, sorry for such a short update i gota leave for work now or else the lateness shall overtake me. i promise to update more often and actually keep in touch with people. oh and to all those who kept me on their friend list thank you. either that or you guys just forgot i even existed and forgot to remove me. harhar.

update people or person who reads this. so like i said last time i am currently doing my externship. it's at this restaurant in sacramento called lucca. good food and large numbers so it's a good start so i know how to work the line and all. getting paid for my work which is always a good thing. the executive chef is nothing but awesome...out of all the friends who went on externship i think i'm the only one who has an executive chef willing to teach me about the industry and all the inner workings.
so today was my day off. the girlfriend and i went out to dofferent towns trying to find a certain size for my lip ring and also i got new plugs today. i am now stretched out to 5/8. this was damn painful i haven't felt pain stretching my ears since i went to 00gauge. anyway, went to barnes and nobles got a good book called lullaby by chuck palahniuk. my friend recently let me borrow one of his writings called choke, awesome book i reccomend reading it if you haven't. well um i guess that's it that's all. peace out.

this coming monday will officially be my last class at the california culinary academy. just three weeks and i'll finally be done. my externship will be starting on july 4th or 5th. moving up to the sacramento area...goodbye frisco i'll miss you but not that much. so this weekend the girlfriend and i will be heading out to look for places along with a friend of ours. so far, life has been great minus a few things.
oh yeah, i just got a kitten yesterday from my girlfriends cousin. it's an awesome little black and white female. she and her siblings were found abandoned in a warehouse. i'm too lazy to put up pictures, but if you have myspace add me, my e-mail is hiphop_247@hotmail.com. anyway, i'll leave you with some albums to check out.

scene 1:
wow...been a while since i've updated this thing. i guess lately i've just been tired and what not from work and school. today is saturday the 21st of may and looking at my clock as itype i have approximately 13 hours until my birthday hits and i turn 21. that's a pretty deadly age. i'm heading out tonight...first off is dinner with my girlfriend and then idk where with some friends to bars/clubs whatever. doesn't matter to me where we go i just want to get carded and show them my license. huzzah. my mom came out here to visit me but only stayed for a week. i haven't seen her in over a year and honestly from the bottom of my heart i wish she could've stayed.
scene 2:
i officially hate my school. not only did they screw me and my classmates over andnot compensate for it...now they raised the tuition for future students, fired all the assistant chefs and took out some classes. BULLSHIT. fuck it, ever since they screwed me by puttin me and my class in a fucking basement kitchen it was on like donkey kong. oh well, i'm almost done with them, only two more classes left and i'm gone. umm that's really all....just super excited for my birthday now...i'm awake and counting. peace.

i swear i am so fucking irritated right now. i'm in my room with my girlfriend trying to sleep for work at 9 in the fucking morning. for the second night in a row my roommates have people over and they will not shut the fuck up. i cant say anything because my girlfriend doesn't want me to start a fight. i swear to god i am so fucking close to going out there and hurting someone. it takes a lot for me to lose my temper....and i'm about to fucking snap i swear.
people are so fucking rude. i hope to go to their house one day when they have work in the morning and be as loud as i want to be. oh yeah they've already been told to quiet down but it's not fucking working. there's much anger and hatred in me at this moment. oh and of this post it's motherfucking 2:25am and i still can't slep because of the irritating noise.

well as of a month or so ago i'm totally moved in with my girlfriend. i also have a new job and once again my car has been registered so i won't get pulled over anymore for expired tags. life has been great and nothing has been going wrong. hmm, let's see...upcoming events are....going to el paso, texas for my girlfriends family reunion. kinda scared and excited all at the same time. umm shit i'm really lost on what to actually put on here. anyway, i guess that's it. gotta get some rest for work tomorrow. no wait...should i rant? idk...wait let me think. no sorry nothing to rant about this time around. but i feel as if i should have something to bitch about. oh well.

i stand up for 5 hours in the kitchen cooking crap for people. it's the same routine day in and day out for this class which i'm not enjoying so much. the class is called cyrils/commercial production which is basically we have 4 groups and each group makes a different entree that we display and basically people come look at the plates and order whatever they want while we prepare it for them. yeah. it gets stressful in the kitchen when people starty to become assholes....i swear they need to watch their tongues because i will break on them one day....and then roll up and say in a suave voice "you got served."

so i got home yesterday at like 12 something. headed to food maxx to grab soem food since it was 24 hours and i was damn hungry. well, anyway, i gotta get going soon. my friend david came overlast night because we had to study for our two exams for business and wine. the wine exam is so damn crazy you don't even know. we have to know so many things like grape varietals, wine terms, regions, etc... basically just too much shit to learn. haha. well anyway, i'm off to go study more wine and business so i can pass this damn class.
